Thank you for your interest in Mighty Lights. We will review your message and respond accordingly. For lighting requests, please read the details below to make sure your request is eligible.
For any custom lighting requests, we ask for a $500 donation per request from nonprofits and a $2000 donation from for-profit companies to support our operations as a 501(c)(3) organization. Custom Mighty Lights display requests are eligible for consideration if:
— You represent a civic-based organization, non-profit, or public event.
— The show involves up to four static colors of your choice, provided to us as PMS, HEX, RGB, or CMYK color codes.
— The date requested is not more than six months and not less than two weeks away.
— Your request does not include text.
Because Mighty Lights are an amenity and attraction for the entire riverfront, we will not be able to accommodate promotional scrolling text or requests for private or personal events such as weddings, birthdays, gender reveals, or anniversaries.
If approved, your custom static light show will appear between the 10-minute dynamic light shows running every half hour from sundown until 10:30pm.
The Mighty Fine Print: We reserve the right to decline any requests. We also reserve the right to cancel shows up to two weeks in advance (full refund issued). Full payment must be received in order to reserve your show date. The U.S. Coast Guard and Union Pacific Railroad retain the right to dim or extinguish the lights for the safety of barge and rail traffic. The light reduction generally lasts for 15 minutes but may be up to 40 minutes. Your agreement to sponsor a show is with acceptance of this potential downtime.
